The Antimony Queen mine is located at an elevation of 2,000 feet in the Gold Creek area of Okanogan County WA.
The mine has gone by several names over the years including; New Deal, Dixie Queen, Reedy, Silver Seal, and Jumbo Mine. The first reported activity for the Antimony Queen was in 1906 and was owned by the Antimony Queen Mining Company. In 1916 the property was under the ownership of the Gold Creek Antimony Mine and Smelting Co. and shipped 1000 tons of ore which was milled and concentrated at a small plant near the mine site.
The mine operated intermittently until the 1940's. The workings of the mine originally consisted of five adits. All of the adits are now collapsed except of Adit #2.
